![]() ![]() I mean you could just use a regular midi controller with Serato in your DAW and get the same workflow as if you used Maschine only. Isn't the whole point of having a Maschine / MPC that you can sample with a dedicated device and not use your DAW? I always wondered why some people use Maschine or the new MPCs in conjunction with Serato Sample. ![]() There's other DAW like things i'd like it to have but as is, especially with the big new features this year, i'm loving it.ītw I can't believe MPC 2.3 still doesn't have SC! I couldn't live without that.Now that you mention it. (If it will ever) And I really wish you could pin plugin windows! It's a shame Maschine doesn't have PDC yet. Moving fully to the hands on, workflow and creativity optimised world of Maschine has been a revolution for me personally in terms of development and productivity.įor anything I want to seriously mix/master though I will stem out to a DAW. I use it with Serato Sample.ĭAWs are all well and good if you need DAW functionality, but personally I often find them overkill and distracting for many aspects of making beats/music. ![]() After many years using Live and Cubase, i've been using Maschine standalone for the last 7 months and i'm loving it. ![]()
